Mahidol Town Houses (Chiang Mai)

I finally made it there (Mahidol Town House). To be hoenst, I was quite impressed. It was not quite as I had been informed there are 4 units at the front and then about 20 units inside the security gates. There are only a few units left available and they are all two hundred sq meters with 3 meter high ceilings on the ground floor.

There are several configurations that could be used. The full four bedroom layout with the living room and dining on the ground floor or you could move the living room to the first floor and use the ground floor home office or run a business from.

The location is literally 200 meters of the Mahidol Road and it is around two kilometers to the Airport Plaza so it is not affected by the floods which we spoke about.

The bottom line on the unit is that I think they are well finished (for Thailand) and have a very spacious and light feeling in a great location. So with out a doubt it offers good value and is well worth a look.
